Nestled on a bluff overlooking Marblehead Harbor, Michael and Amber’s coastal residence pairs architectural elegance with breathtaking ocean views. When they invited JP Creative Maintenance to care for their newly renovated home, our first mission was to close out an extensive builder punch-list and ensure every detail matched the caliber of the setting.

 

Since then, we’ve become their all-around property partner. Our work has ranged from assembling and sourcing custom furniture, picture hanging,  relocating seasonal pieces to secure storage, touching up intricate paint finishes, to performing electrical and plumbing adjustments, installing crown moulding and picture rails, repairing hardwood flooring, and painting of most walls, trims and doors, tile work in primary his and hers bathrooms and many, many more tasks..... Exterior, we were taken to keep the home looking good during all seasons, from power washing, re-adjusting the walkway limestone steps, securing deckling as they loosed up, replacing heat lamps on the rear deck, power washing and servicing the dock and gangway weekly, replacing lighting along the seawall, and even maintaining the family’s Pershing 5X yacht and center-console fishing vessel to keep them cruise-ready during the summer season.

 

Michael and Amber’s trust has allowed us to safeguard the comfort, safety, and beauty of a truly exceptional home. We’re honored to uphold that confidence and to keep their Marblehead retreat looking as remarkable as the view beyond its windows.
