We were introduced to Iker through a referral from his fantastic realtor, Brian Coluori of Sotheby’s International Realty in Boston. Initially, Iker brought us in to handle maintenance and repairs for his rental property in Cambridge. Shortly after, he also entrusted us with the upkeep and make improvements at his personal residence, also located in Cambridge.
